This program is an immersive journey designed for women ready to reconnect with ancestral wisdom and healing traditions. Meeting weekly, this program blends scholarship, ritual, storytelling, and community dialogue to honor the legacies of our foremothers while addressing the lived realities of intergenerational trauma. This program offers both a personal and professional pathway to deepen healing-centered education, cultivate spiritual resilience, and reclaim the authority of our voices, bodies, and spirits.

SOUL-to-SOUL HEALING™ Program

Soul-to-Soul healing program offers a set of embodied, emancipatory, contemplative, and everyday practices that intentionally allow for reconnection, restoration, revelation, and resistance. Its primary goal is to create tangible pathways for intergenerational healing.

NeuroCatalyst Academy

NeuroCatalyst Academy is a healing-centered microschool designed for Black and Brown children with ADHD and autism. It is one of our programs that address both the healing and educational needs of Black and Brown neurodivergent children through hands-on exploration, interactive lessons, and culturally relevant teaching.

Psychospiritual Healing Labs

Healing-centered curated healing labs that integrate Embodied Soul Journey™ meditations and a multitude of embodied spiritualized healing practices to create and maintain a sacred communal healing space.
