Our programs are built on the foundation of healing justice. We integrate theories and praxes of spiritualized healing into our offerings. In addition, we can create custom healing programs based upon your organization's

SOUL-to-SOUL HEALING™

Soul-to-Soul healing is a set of embodied, emancipatory, contemplative, and everyday practices that intentionally allow for reconnection, restoration, revelation, and resistance. Its primary goal is to create tangible pathways for intergenerational healing. Soul-to-Soul healing helps Black women rebuild healthy generational connections with their bodies, families, communities, ancestors, and nature. Through Soul-to-Soul healing, we can (re)member our cultural identities, restore our consumed bodies, reclaim embodied spiritual practices, and resist the forces of externalized and internalized oppression.
